- Pick up in person. You, or someone you designate, can collect mail and packages from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Have it forwarded. We can forward your mail to an address you choose, at an extra charge.
- Have it scanned. Envelope scanning is $25 per month, and open-and-scan is $50 per month once you sign a release giving us written permission to open your mail. Both are month-to-month add-ons.
Before mail service starts, the U.S. Postal Service requires a completed USPS Form 1583, signed at our office in front of our staff (or a notary public if you can't come in), with two current forms of ID. How phones work when you're not in the office
Every phone package comes with a local 310 number. Choose from over 1,000 local 310 numbers. What happens when a client calls depends on your package:
- Basic: callers hear your personal voicemail greeting and leave a message in your private voice mailbox.
- Standard: a live receptionist answers in your company's name from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, Pacific Time, then takes the caller to your voicemail so you can return the call. After hours, on weekends and on holidays, calls go to your voicemail.
- Transfer and Live Answering: the receptionist answers in your company's name, places the caller on hold while reaching you, and transfers the call to the number you choose, or sends it to your voicemail. After hours, on weekends and on holidays, calls go to your voicemail.
Optional add-ons include voicemail to email ($10/month), a toll-free number ($25/month) and after-hours call transfer ($25/month).
Meeting clients in person
When you need a room, rent our conference room or an hourly office in the same building as your business address, each $45 per hour, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The conference room seats 10 comfortably, up to 12, and has Wi-Fi, water, tea, coffee, a speakerphone and a 60-inch TV.
