Yes. You or someone you designate can pick up mail and packages at our office during business hours, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Do you forward mail?
Yes. We can forward your mail to an address you choose for an extra charge.
Do you sign for packages?
Yes. With your permission, we receive and sign for packages delivered to you and hold them for pickup during business hours, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Do you scan mail?
Yes. Mail scanning is available as a month-to-month add-on on any package that includes our mailing address. Envelope scanning, where we scan the outside of each envelope that arrives for you, is $25 per month. Open-and-scan, where we open your mail and scan the contents, is $50 per month and needs a signed release giving us written permission to open your mail.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No. All plans are month-to-month, and there are no setup fees on any plan.
What is USPS Form 1583, and what is a CMRA?
A CMRA (Commercial Mail Receiving Agency) is a private business that receives mail for its customers. USPS Form 1583, the Application for Delivery of Mail Through Agent, is the U.S. Postal Service form that authorizes an agent to receive mail on your behalf. We need your completed form before mail service starts. You sign the form at our office in front of a member of our office staff, who checks two current forms of identification, one with a photo, such as a driver's license or passport plus a second ID. If you can't come in, you can have it signed in front of a notary public instead. We'll walk you through it when you sign up. Live Answering, our phone-only package, doesn't need the form. Does the Live Answering package include the mailing address?
No. Live Answering is a standalone phone package without a mailing address or mail forwarding. The Mail, Basic, Standard and Transfer packages include the address.
