Our Standard Package expands on the services offered by our Basic Package or Mail Package,
while still including all of their features. In addition to mail forwarding
and a private telephone number with a V-Tree phone system and a secure voicemail
box, incoming phone calls will be answered by a live receptionist during
normal business hours. This adds to your caller's confidence and increases
the respect your business deserves, all for only $145 per month.
From nine in the morning until five in the afternoon, Monday through Friday,
Pacific Time, telephone calls coming into your private and personal
phone number will be answered
by a live receptionist in your business name, not a recording. This
desirable service will be well-received by your clients and customers, who
will appreciate their call being handled by a human being. The people who
will answer your calls are warm and friendly, not impersonal machines, and
they are trained to treat your callers with professionalism.
After answering the call using your company's own personal business greeting, the caller will be momentarily placed on hold. Our receptionist will then reconnect and tell your caller that the party he or she is trying to reach is unfortunately unavailable. Your caller will then be asked to leave a message, directed to your voicemail box, and told that his or her call will be returned shortly.
